BEDROOMS
– There are 3 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
– AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– All rooms have double beds.
BATHROOMS
– There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats up to 15 people comfortably and offers a TV.
– The dining area seats 6 people.
– The exteriors of the villa feature 2 beautiful lawns.
– Catch the vivid hues of the beautiful skies while also enjoying the mesmerizing views while strolling on the lawns.
– There is a terrace, equipped with ample seating arrangements.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
– Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
– The food will be delivered to the property.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day, excluding meals and taxes. The staff will be accommodated in-house.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games like carrom, Jenga, or cards and outdoor games like cricket or badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

- This property is not suitable for pets.
- In case of a power outage, power backup is provided in the villa.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular networks such as Jio work fairly well.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Kindly do not wear shoes inside the home.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
