Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the lake, Vintage Estate is a stunning property located in Karjat. True to its name, this villa features rustic interiors in the hues of browns and reds and several artefacts. With ample space to spend time with your loved ones, this property is equipped with a gorgeous landscaped lawn with mango and chikoo trees and an attached gazebo, a bonfire pit with seating, a temple and various artefacts like swords that can be traced back to the 1800s.

The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 2 bedrooms – both on the ground floor.
– Both rooms offer AC, Wi-Fi access, king-sized beds and overlook the beautiful garden.
– 1 room has an attached bathroom.
BATHROOMS
– There are 2 bathrooms in the villa – 1 attached and 1 common.
– Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in the attached bathroom.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor.
– It provides comfortable seating for upto 4 people and is equipped with a music system, Wi-Fi and a TV.
– The dining room is part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 4 people.
– There is a sprawling lawn with chikoo and mango trees and an attached gazebo.
– There are several tables and chairs on the lawn for upto 12-15 people.
– There is a temple on the lawn.
– There is also a small bonfire pit on the lawn.
– There is a 17 ft.x12 ft. wide and up to 3 ft. deep plunge pool for the guests to relax in.
KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water-purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
– Guests may choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and the plunge pool.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, chess, and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn, amidst the mango and chikoo trees and embrace its beauty. They can request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can also soak in the stunning views of the lake.

House Rules
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 7 hours.
- Guests are requested to be careful around the artefacts.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Loud music is not allowed post 11 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only indoors.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the plunge pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the plunge pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
