The villa features modern interiors, along with lavish amenities that are almost a prerequisite here. – Secured parking space for up to 15 cars

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 spacious bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms are furnished with cosy king-sized beds and are equipped with an AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi and ensuite bathrooms.
– One of the bedrooms on the first floor is equipped with an attached balcony.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The spacious living room on the ground is adorned with comfortable sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It is equipped with a TV, and Wi-Fi access. It does not have an AC.
– The dining area is a part of the living room. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
– The living room opens up to a separate, air-conditioned TV room, complete with a sofa-cum-bed and a TV.
– The first floor of this lavish home lies yet another sit-out spot, with seating arrangements and a coffee table.
– The sprawling exteriors of the villa boast seemingly endless lawns covering an area of 8000sq.ft.
– It is embellished with ample seating spaces and can accommodate up to 18 people.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the covered temperature-controlled heated swimming pool that also features a rain shower and a bar area near the pool deck.
– The pool is 15×5 metres in size and up to 4.5 ft. in depth. There is a poolside music system.
– Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM.
– Guests can relish a delectable meal amidst the farm and nature and make the most of the alfresco dining experience.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Personal chefs/cooks are not allowed.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Guests can choose to opt for the meal package or order in from nearby restaurants.
– Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges.

ACTIVITIES
An ideal nature escape, this expansive holiday home features an assorted array of amenities promising a memorable getaway. Within the property, guests can start their mornings with a brisk walk on the lawns, amidst the misty morning breeze. The twittering birds are sure to keep you company while here. Enjoy a competitive badminton or cricket match. The private swimming pool is perfect for an evening spent unwinding. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar.

While indoors, gather all your loved ones and play various indoor games. Soak in the beautiful views of the palms and green verdancy from the balcony. Binge-watch your favourite movies in the TV room.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Guests can access the heated pool at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day exclusive of taxes.
