Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
–  ACs are provided in all rooms.
– The rooms on the first floor have balconies.
–  All rooms have attached bathrooms.
– All rooms have flat-screen TVs.
– Wi-Fi is also available in all the rooms.
– 3 rooms have double-size beds, while one has two single beds.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
– The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room has a portable music system and Wi-Fi accessibility. 
– It has seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
– A private infinity pool is available for the guests to use.

KITCHEN
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction gas and water filter.
– Crockery is available for 8 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options can be prepared based on your preference.
– The Caretaker prepares Lunch at an additional cost. It is priced at Rs. 2500 for 8 people. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
– The caretaker can prepare fish and other dishes, but not chicken.   
– Dinner is not provided.
– Guests can order-in or go out to nearby restaurants such as – Wan Hao (250 m), Voltaire Hotel (46 m), The Lazy Goose Restaurant (4 km), The Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant (8 km), The Black Sheep Bistro Restaurant (8 km), Fat Fish Restaurant (10.8 km), Thalassa Restaurant (16.8 km).

The small hamlet of Reis Magos lies on the banks of the Mandovi river in Bardez and is home to two famous landmarks of Goa – the Reis Magos fort and the Reis Magos Church – the first church in Bardez. It is also one of only three places in Goa, where the unique Feast of the Three Wise Men is held on the 6th of January. The sleepy village comes alive with this colourful ‘Festa dos Reis Magos’ when the story of the three Kings is re-enacted by local youth playing the parts of the Magi. The locals celebrate the journey of the three kings who went to worship the Holy Infant Child with a procession which starts from the Church and goes around the village. Villa Kinara is conveniently located close to all these adventures that this village offers.
