As soon as you step inside the property, it’s jaw-dropping clean interiors will leave you in awe – the expansive indoor spaces are washed out in the hues of whites and soothing browns. Adding to it are the plush furnishings in every nook of this cosy abode. We recommend enjoying a relaxing dip in your very own private pool whilst soaking in the views of the lake beyond. The terrace offers undisputed views, something that is a norm for every getaway! However, what we love about this home is that it is a perfect balance of lavish experiences and a humble homely charisma – making it a perfect home away home.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– This blissful abode houses a total of 4 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms are equipped with a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, electric kettle and an ensuite bathroom.
– One of the bedrooms on the first floor overlooks the lake.
– Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– This immaculate holiday home boasts a soothing palette of whites, beiges and browns and almost sweeps you to a haven of your own.
– The expansive living area is furnished with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people.
– It is equipped with a variety of amenities including Wi-Fi access, a portable music system and a TV.
– The dining area is a component of the living area and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
– It is not equipped with an AC.
– Guests can head out and enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 27×12 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 7 PM. It is located in an open area.
– The terrace makes for an ideal space to unwind, relax and simply enjoy the scenery around.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
– Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Please note that breakfast and high tea will be cooked in-house and all other meals will be delivered from a nearby restaurant.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The staff will be available from 8 AM till 11 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising to be a serene getaway in the quaint hills of Panchgani, this immaculate holiday home hosts a spectrum of experiences. Within the property, guests can begin their day amidst the lush greenery and pristine views of the lake. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Reserve the evening for a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool. Devour an elaborate barbecue spread around the bonfire. End the day under a blissful blanket of starry skies, on the terrace.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– Please note that bonfire and barbecue will not be available during monsoons.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
