• Ground floor rooms open to a private patio; first-floor rooms have attached balconies overlooking the garden and pool
• 4 rooms have en-suite bathrooms

Bathrooms:

• 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room
• All bathrooms include geysers, towels, and basic toiletries
• Separate dressing areas in all bathrooms

Common Areas:

• Spacious living room with U-shaped seating for 8 people, equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV
• Dining area within the living room, seating 8 people
• Sprawling lawn with swings, a cabana, and an outdoor dining area for up to 8 people
• Private swimming pool (depth: 4.5 ft), accessible from 9 AM to 10 PM, with pool loungers and a relaxing deck area
• Terrace with an outdoor bar, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills

Kitchen:

• Guests do not have access to the kitchen
• Equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer-grinder, and crockery/cutlery

Food & Beverage:

• Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals available at an additional cost
• Service charges include an 18% GST for food and beverages
• Nearby restaurants: Konkan Katta, Amravan Restaurant, NH66 Garden Restaurant, Nivaant Restaurant
• Swiggy/Zomato delivery is not available in Alibaug
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals

Guest Access & Staff Interaction:

• Full access to the villa, excluding the kitchen
• The host is always reachable via call or message
• A trained caretaker is available to assist and ensure a comfortable stay

Add-On Services:

• Barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge
• Staff accommodation for 2 female and 2 male staff members available at Rs. 1000 per person, per day (excluding meal charges)
