– A secured parking space that can accommodate up to 3 cars

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 spacious air-conditioned rooms – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– Wake up to amazing views of the surrounding green forest that each room here has to offer.
– Wi-Fi, TV, comfy king-sized beds, and a wardrobe are offered in all rooms.
– All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached and 1 common bathroom – situated on the ground floor.
– All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There is an expansive living room situated on the ground floor. This room does not have an AC.
– With its sofa-style seating this room can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
– Huddle around the quaint electric fireplace in the living room and spend some quality time with your tribe.
– The dining area which is a component of the living room can easily seat up to 10 people.
– This villa features a private plunge pool 28 x 15 ft. in size and 4ft in depth & a jacuzzi.
– A lovely green lawn with scenic vistas of the azure skies and verdant green forests covers up to 7000 square feet.
– It also features a charming bench and can seat up to 6 people comfortably.
– Bring out your inner child and play along the huge expanse of this sprawling lawn.

KITCHEN
– Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
– It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, purifier & an induction plate.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
– Guests can go out or order in from nearby restaurants.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

ACTIVITIES 
Within the property’s premises, guests can choose from an array of activities. Enjoy competitive rounds of badminton or board games with your peers. Unwind in the plunge pool or take a destressing dip in the jacuzzi. The lawn with its verdant green hues has ample space for a bunch of outdoor activities. So let your inner child out and play with your loved ones to your heart’s content. Up for a night of some movies and popcorn? The in-house home theatre has got it covered for you! And what’s more? Feel the cozy warmth of the fireplace while you huddle up for some quality time and a night of infinite memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use.
– Use of the washing machine can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.40 per load piece.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
