It almost resembles a quaint countryside home, replete with all the modern comforts and luxuries. The villa stunningly boasts a private heated swimming pool, perfect for unwinding whilst savouring the mesmerising sunsets. The opulent retreat’s exteriors include three levels of lawns with a designated children’s play area, an organic patch, and orchards.

This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– This luxurious holiday home features 4 well-furnished bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities including an AC, TV, comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms.
– All bedrooms except one have a plush separate seating area overlooking the surrounding verdure and waters.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– 2 bathrooms also offer a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
– The entrance of the home opens up to an expansive drawing room, with floor-to-ceiling windows that harmoniously merge the interiors with the pastels of the lush outdoors.
– It features an L-shaped sofa and ample other lavish seating arrangements.
– The dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
– The exteriors of the property are an absolute delight and feature beautifully landscaped 3-layered gardens.
– Unwind and enjoy a game of badminton or cricket in the verdant gardens.
– On the elevated gardens is the temperature-controlled swimming pool, that overlooks the soaring peaks, the calming waters, and gorgeous sunsets – making it almost magical.
– The pool deck is complete with cosy sun loungers, rattan furnishings and a swing.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for personal staff and drivers.

Enjoy a game of badminton or cricket. Devour an elaborate breakfast spread amidst nature. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Reserve the evenings for a relaxing soak in the temperature-controlled swimming pool, whilst soaking in the soothing landscapes of Pawna. Relax and unwind by the deck, and snuggle with a book to read. Go home with a bag of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Food will be provided to staff and drivers at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 + taxes per person, per day, which can be consumed in the respective vehicle.
– A refundable security deposit of INR. 10000/- will be collected at the time of booking and the same will be refunded in case there are no additional charges or damages at the villa.
– The pool can be heated up at an additional cost of INR. 6250/- plus taxes per night that will be collected at the time of the booking and guests need to confirm the same 24 hours before check-in.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates
