The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 2 bedrooms – both on the ground floor, offering mountain views.
– One room has a queen-sized bed, while the other has 2 single beds. The other 2 single beds can be joined and made into a double bed.
– Heater, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in both rooms.

BATHROOMS
– Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats up to 4 people and has a music system, heater and TV.
– The dining room offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people and has a TV.
– The lawn is 1500 sq.ft. and can seat up to 30 people.
– The verandah offers seating for 3-4 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests have access to the kitchenette.
– It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and electric kettle.
– Crockery and cutlery are also provided.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house by the chef at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per day.
– Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.

GUEST ACCESS
– The guests have access to the entire villa except the outdoor kitchen.
– In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for up to 4 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per night, exclusive of meal charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play board games like Ludo or request for a bonfire. Guests can take a peaceful walk amidst nature and embrace its beauty. They can visit Palampur Tea Gardens, Gunehar Valley and Palpung Sherabling Monastery. With Dharamshala an hour away, they can go for treks, try out paragliding or visit temples.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.
– Guests can also use the cycles on the premises for going on rides around the property.

Palampur is a hill station in the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh. It is surrounded by pine forests and flanked by the Dhauladhar ranges.
