This is not a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– The property has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
– All the rooms are quite spacious and adorned with stylish furniture and best-in-class amenities.
– Each room has a double-sized bed and extra mattresses will be provided.
– Please note that 2 of the bedrooms have a separate entrance which is approximately 14 meters opposite the main villa.

BATHROOMS
– The property has 3 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– Make a splash in the swimming pool.
– Enjoy the spacious, well-maintained, private lawn.
– The living room is well-lit with modern, comfortable furniture and a music system.
– There is a dining area for 6 people.
– The common areas may have to be shared with other guests.
– Wi-Fi is available in the living room.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for around 30 people.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– The neighborhood also has some local restaurants and cafes about 8-10 km. away from the property. Some of them are famous for their lip-smacking Maharashtrian cuisine.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Enjoy a dip in the pool or chill by the lawn. Play board games like Poker, Taboo, Pictionary, Monopoly, Uno, etc. There are also various indoor and outdoor games and activities such as archery, cricket, badminton, mini wall climbing, rain dance, mini golf, etc.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue can be made available.
– Organic farming tours can be availed by the guests at an additional cost.
