After a day of exploration, return to the villa to luxuriate in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing bath, all while soaking in the mesmerising scenery. As evening descends, delight in a barbecue dinner by the bonfire, immersing yourself in the serene ambiance of the North and creating unforgettable memories at Orion Villa.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– A bonfire set up can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 700 for 3 hours.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets and will charge a deposit of Rs. 2000.
– Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

House Rules
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. Guests will have to walk approximately 500m. to reach the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker stays close to the property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- In case of a power outage, an inverter can support the appliances.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Due to ongoing construction work near the property, guests are requested to access the road to the property via Mashobra
- Please note that tempo travellers may not be the best option to get to the villa.
- All-male groups are allowed at an additional cost of Rs. 10,000 as a security deposit, which will be refundable at the time of checkout.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.
Policy
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
