Other Things to Note

• Guest Capacity: The villa accommodates 6-8 guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Kitchen Access: The kitchen is available for preparing light snacks or reheating food. Any other usage requires host approval.
• Power Backup: The villa has a generator backup that can support all appliances for up to 8-10 hours in case of power cuts.
• Music Restrictions: As the villa is located in a gated community, music is not allowed in the outdoor areas.
• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and additional charges, late check-out is allowed only with prior approval.
• Identity Proof: Mandatory for all guests staying at the villa.
• Linen and Towels: Linen and towels are changed every 2 days. Daily changes are available at an additional charge.
• Food/Grocery Deliveries: Deliveries will need to be collected from the community gate as per community rules.
• Basic Toiletries: We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Other items such as dental kits and shaving kits are available on request.
• BBQ Grill & Chef: A BBQ grill with a chef is available at an additional cost (prior notice required).
