Venture outdoors to discover our crown jewels: a glistening pool beckoning for a refreshing dip, a sizzling BBQ area where culinary delights come alive, and a mesmerising bonfire pit igniting enchanting conversations under the starlit sky. Ample recreational spaces invite you to unwind amidst nature’s embrace. For adventurers, Karjat’s local treasures await exploration—visit the ancient Kondana Caves, trek to the scenic Kothaligad Fort, or embrace nature’s wonders at Bhivpuri Waterfall.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
– A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. 
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per session.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 4 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500. 
– Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, before arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
