ACTIVITIES
Sit across a stunning lake-mountain view, relax on your very verdant lawn, and sip some wine in total seclusion. Guests can relax and play indoor games including snooker, chess, and ludo on the premises. They are welcome to stroll peacefully on the lawn and soak in its beauty. Guests can also enjoy refreshing beverages on the viewing deck while admiring the picturesque surroundings and emerald hues of the local fields. Guests who enjoy the outdoors can discover the region’s diverse flora and animals.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1250 and all non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1450 per person, per day.
– Other experiences such as a Live Singer can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 9000 for a duration of 3 hours.
– All visitors will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 2000 per person

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the commercial kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

- The property is not pet friendly.
- The villa may experience water seepage during the monsoons.
- This place is not accessible to those with wheelchairs.
- The villa is located in a secluded area which is comparatively further from markets.
- The solar-powered geysers and electricity backup have their limitations.
- In case of a power failure, the 30 KVA generator will supply electricity for 8 hours and the 4 KVA inverter will support the fans and lights for 4 hours.
- Consumption and reheating of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- We are unable to offer Wi-Fi and mobile networks face issues in this region. Guests can enjoy a tech-free getaway at the property or carry dongles with them.
- This is a standalone property.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol is allowed in designated areas.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and dining area for security purposes.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
