BEDROOMS
– There are 7 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor and 1 in the basement.
– AC, TV, double beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

BATHROOMS
– There are 9 bathrooms in the villa – 7 attached, 2 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers and towels.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats up to 16 people comfortably.
– It offers AC and TV.
– The dining area seats 8 people comfortably.
– There are 2 beautiful lawns, equipped with a swing set.
– They can accommodate up to 21 people comfortably.
– There is a private pool, 20×8 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator and cooking utensils.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for 14 people.
– Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa.

FOOD
– All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
– Guests may also choose to eat out.
– Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like TT, pool, cards or ludo and outdoor games such as cricket or football. Guests can also take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty.

ADDITIONAL COST
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
