Overlooking the scenic bay, Isle View is a stunning holiday home ideal for a relaxing getaway. Featuring comfortable, modern interiors, this home is equipped with a plethora of amenities. The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 3 bedrooms – 1 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. 
– AC, WiFi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– The room on the lower ground floor offers a pool view, the room on the ground floor offers a garden view and the room on the first floor has an attached plunge pool overlooking the bay. 

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.
– 2 bathrooms have an outdoor shower and 1 bathroom has a bathtub. 

COMMON AREAS
– There is a living room on the lower ground floor. It can seat up to 6 people. 
– It offers AC, TV, a music system and WiFi access. 
– The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
– There is a private swimming pool that can be heated at an additional cost. It is 30×6 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– There is a plunge pool attached to the bedroom on the first floor. It is 12×6 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. – On prior confirmation, guests can also access the common society pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. 
– All the pools are equipped with pool loungers, tables and chairs. 

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, water purifier, toaster, electric grill and a mixer. 
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– Guests can order in or go out to nearby restaurants like Domino’s, Joet’s Restaurant and Martin’s Corner.
– One can also opt for a 5-Course Wine & Dine experience that can be availed if informed 5 days prior to check-in at an additional cost of Rs. 4500 per person.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member in the staff quarters at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, ludo and pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the beach and embrace its beauty. They can also relish a scrumptious barbeque meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– The heated pool can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day. Guests are requested to inform us of the same minimum 15 hours in advance.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa for security purposes.
– In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.
– WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
– Please note that the parking space is outside the main entrance where guests can park their cars at their own risk.
