To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that all guests adhere to the following house rules and guidelines:

Additional Items: Our staff would be happy to assist in purchasing any additional items guests may need during their stay.

Visitor Policy: The villa does not permit outside visitors during your stay to maintain the privacy and security of the property.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. We recommend smoking in outdoor areas, such as the poolside. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays and take necessary precautions to prevent any fire hazards.

Noise Policy: To respect all guests, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Breakfast Service: Complimentary breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance, and breakfast service will close by 11:00 AM.

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables. We recommend securing valuables during your stay.

Overnight Guests: Only registered guests of Vivanta Stays are permitted to stay overnight. Non-registered individuals are not allowed to sleep or stay at the villa.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and approval by Vivanta Stays, with additional charges applicable.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of INR 20,000 is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to the condition of the property.

Kitchen Access: Access to the kitchen is available upon prior request and at the discretion of Vivanta Stays.

Stag Bookings: Please note that stag bookings are not allowed at this property.

Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Villa
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
