While here, you will be glued to the private swimming pool and rain shower area that makes for the perfect spot to unwind in. The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 5 air conditioned bedrooms – all on the ground floor.
– All bedrooms offer various amenities including a king-sized bed, dressing mirror, Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms and garden/hills views.
– 4 bedrooms also offer a patio.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 attached bathrooms in the villa.
– All bathrooms have shower cubicles, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– One of the bathrooms also offers a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
– There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers sofa-style seating arrangements.
– It is equipped with an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wired music system which has Bluetooth connectivity.
– The living room opens up to the dining area, which can seat up to 10 people.
– The villa boasts sprawling lawns at the front and back, 5000 sq. ft. and 5500 sq. ft. in size respectively.
– The back lawn also features an attached gazebo that can seat up to 10 people.
– The bedrooms open up to the private swimming pool with pool floats. The pool is 60×17 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– The expansive pool deck features loungers, an outdoor bar counter and a rain shower area.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Ordering-in of outside food is not allowed.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible team is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the swimming pool, unwind on the pool deck. Play indoor games like cards and ludo. Take a peaceful on the manicured lawns and relax in the gazebo. Dance away to your heart’s content in the rainshower area. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar counter. Relish a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
