Literally translating to ‘The Park,’ this luxe villa takes inspiration from the surrounding green verdancy, nature and the sprawling outdoors. Serving as the ideal haven, it is nestled amidst a whopping 15 acres of mango trees, mountainscapes and the forest. The dramatic, ash-grey facade starkly contrasts the soothing greenery that surrounds the home, adding a certain alluring charisma.

The indoor spaces are a harmonious melange of vibrant furnishings and striking artworks. Each wall is ornamented with beautiful paintings, and each nook is adorned with snug seating arrangements. The swanky, English-style, poolside bar is the perfect hangout spot, while the L-shaped pool is made for an evening spent relaxing. The meticulously landscaped gardens feature a children’s play area, along with scattered pockets of characteristic outdoor furnishings. Also boasting a chic lounge with a myriad of indoor games, this home is the definition of a laid-back getaway, bathed in nature and thoughtfully enhanced with modern luxury.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– This luxe villa features 5 well-furnished bedrooms – 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a myriad of leisure amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a comfortable queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, AC and a wardrobe.
– The rooms on the ground floor overlook the green gardens whilst the rooms on the first floor overlook the mountains.
– All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
– One room has an extra sofa-bed, and the other bedrooms, except the one on the ground floor, have an extra mattress.
– One of the bedrooms on the ground floor opens up to the patio and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a TV.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– This expansive home features 2 spacious living rooms – 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
– The airconditioned drawing-room on the ground floor is embellished with plush seating arrangements, cushion stools and sofas for up to 14 people.
– It is equipped with a wired music system, Wi-Fi access, a designated workstation and a TV.
– The walls are adorned with beautiful artworks and paintings.
– The second living room is equipped with ample seating space for up to 11 people, along with a TV, wired music system, designated workstation, Wi-Fi access and an AC.
– It hosts a spectrum of experiences and a myriad of indoor games including a snooker table, carrom board and a mini-bar.
– The living room opens up to an attached wrap-around, furnished balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens.
– The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor, eloquently furnished with seating for up to 8 people.
– The exteriors of the home are an absolute delight and feature soothing greenery and ample hang-out spots.
– It features lush lawns and an abundance of walking trails, ideal for leisurely morning strolls. They are dotted with characteristic outdoor furnishings, and collapsible umbrellas offering ample shade.
– Featuring ample activities for children, the home also has a children’s play area with a swing, slide, see-saw and a merry go around.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the L-shaped private swimming pool, 50×25 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM.
– The pool deck features an English-styled bar, pool loungers, a hammock, children’s picnic table and ample seating space.
– There is a games area on the first floor, with a snooker table and a variety of indoor games.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person, per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
An ideal escape for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, El Parque is swathed in green verdancy. Within the property, guests can start their day with an elaborate breakfast spread, amidst the sweet birdsongs. Enjoy a brisk morning walk in the beautiful gardens, and savour the morning breeze. Let the kids make the most of the children’s play area. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool and relish your favourite cocktails by the bar. Unwind and relax on the pool loungers. Snuggle with a book to read in the many cosy nooks of the house. Retire to your private, furnished balconies. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Relish a lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire. Take home a bag of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
– The washing machine and iron can be used at an additional cost, on request during long stays.
– The bar can be accessed at an additional cost. Guests are requested to carry their alcohol permit.
