The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 6 air conditioned bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 in the basement.
– All rooms offer a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, electric kettle and garden/hill views.
– One of the bedrooms also offers a heater and an attached balcony.
– Attached bathrooms are offered in 4 bedrooms.
– One of the rooms has a separate entrance and can be accessed from outside.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms – one on the ground floor & one in the basement.
– All attached bathrooms have a separate dressing area, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There are 2 spacious living rooms – 1 on the ground floor and 1 in the basement.
– The living room on the ground floor offers sofa-style seating for up to 8 people and is equipped with a wired music system, TV and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The living room in the basement can accommodate up to 10 people.
– It is equipped with a wired music system, TV and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The living rooms are not equipped with an AC.
– The dining area has a rectangular dining table and is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It can seat up to 10 people.
– The exteriors of the villa feature a verdant lawn with a water fountain, 7,500 sq. ft. in size.
– It features a glasshouse, overlooking the plunging valleys and splendid mountainscapes. It has ample seating arrangements.

KITCHEN
– Guests can access the kitchen for an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per day. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Meals can be made available at an additional cost of Rs. 1600/- per day per person, chicken/egg meals at Rs. 1800/- per day per person and mutton/fish meals at Rs. 2000/- per person.
– Any additional items ordered will be separately charged.
– Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. They can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn, unwind in the glass house and savour the blissful views. They can also relish a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue meals can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 999/- per person (Veg/Chicken) including Veg/Egg/Chicken Biryani.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for a duration of 2 hours.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
