This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome on prior request.

– There are 2 spacious, well-furnished rooms with a minimal, vintage aesthetic – on the ground floor of this property.
– Brimming with subtle pastels of white, these rooms are replete with modern amenities such as a queen-sized bed, a foldable bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, a quaint workspace, and a sit-out area.
– One of the rooms also offers a TV where guests can catch up with their favourite series, rom-coms, and sports events.
– Both rooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 2 ensuite bathrooms.
– Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– These roomy interiors of this property will lead you to the green exteriors that are definitely the highlight of this place.
– Equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 4 adults & 3 children, guests can choose to unwind and relax here.
– Replete with snug outdoor furnishings for 6 people, spend the evenings under the moonlit skies with the company of your loved ones.
– The outdoors also offer a great place to engage in some fun outdoor games such as badminton.

KITCHEN
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with a water purifier, mixer, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
– Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
This perfect Alibaug getaway offers an exclusive assortment of carefully designed experiences for guests that ensure a memorable stay here! Within the premises, the exteriors feature a jacuzzi where guests can soak in and relax. Bask in the summery ambiance and watch the vivid hues of the sky as you and your loved ones enjoy a lovely catch-up session outdoors. When the night sets in, request a bonfire to be lit.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Guests can access the jacuzzi at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day.
– A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per session. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
