– Medical kit, mosquito repellent
– Secured parking space for up to 5 cars

This is not a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS

– There are 4 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and the first floor each.
– AC, Wi-Fi, and a comfy king-size bed with an additional rollaway bed are offered in all rooms.
– All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
– Wake up to beautiful vistas of the lush greenery and mountains around which each room here has to offer.

BATHROOMS

– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 shared powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There are 2 expansive living rooms on both levels of the villa.
– The living room on the ground floor seats up to 12 people and the one on the first floor seats up to 8 people.
– Both the living rooms are equipped with an Air conditioning system, Wi-Fi and a TV.
– There is a dining room on the ground floor offering comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
– The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a wired music system.
– The living room on the first floor is equipped with a pool table.
– There is an outdoor pool overlooking the lush green expanses, 25 x 10 ft. in size and 4 1/2 ft. in depth
– There is an outdoor bar and lounge area with a beautiful setting amidst the green foliage.
– This home also features a lush green 3000 sq. meter lawn that can seat up to 12 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, purifier, toaster, and an elaborate selection of condiments.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the jacuzzi. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person per day, exclusive of GST and meals.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests are spoilt for choice with a variety of indoor activities they can choose from. Enjoy a competitive game of pool or ludo and cards with your friends or family. Take a de-stressing dip in the pool. Unwind by the pool or sip on your favourite drink at the outdoor bar and lounge area.
