Your home away from home, Casa Del Vento is a gorgeous property surrounded by the picture-perfect views of the mighty hills. Expansive exteriors and equally roomy interiors make this villa an ideal destination for group getaways. While here, soak in the picturesque sunset from the terrace, make the most of outdoor lounging in the gazebo, or simply relax by the pool in the company of your loved ones and some fresh breeze.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.
The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
– AC, king-sized beds, hill views, and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– Please note that the property offers a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms.
BATHROOMS
– There are 7 bathrooms in the villa – 4 attached, 1 common on the ground floor, and 1 on the first floor for staff use.
– All bathrooms have geysers, separate wet and dry areas, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– There is a living room on the ground floor. It can seat up to 16 people.
– It is equipped with a music system.
– The dining area is a part of the living room. It provides comfortable seating for 8 people.
– There is a 10,000 sq. ft. beautifully landscaped lawn with an attached gazebo. It can seat up to 12 people.
– There is a private swimming pool, 30×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. and it is equipped with pool loungers.
– There is a terrace with an attached deck overlooking the surrounding hills.
KITCHEN
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– For groups of fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas of the villa except for the kitchen. Please note that the property offers a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host may or may not be present at the property, and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for one male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. The staff will be accommodated in a room on the first floor.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.

- Please note that the property offers a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- The property is next to the railway tracks, hence guests may face some disturbance, though the frequency of trains is low.
- There is no AC in the living room, however, there are 2 coolers.
- There are minor paint cracks in some parts of the house.
- In case of a power outage, the 30 KVA generator can support all lights, fans, AC and other major appliances for up to 8 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Internet dongles, although provided, are subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Vi and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- After midnight, guests are encouraged to remain within the villa premises. In case of any medical emergencies, they can reach out to the caretaker at the property.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
