One of the most elegant homes we’ve seen, This villa is the perfect place for a luxurious getaway. Its muted interior colours are vibrantly lit, and make for a great backdrop to your holiday. With a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, a swing on the balcony, cosy sofas in the living room, and a beautiful gazebo outside, you will find it hard to pick your favourite spot here. If you would like to sneak in a workout, you may use the gym. This villa is perfect for a stay for a group of around 30 people, and it also offers the opportunity to host an event for up to 100 guests at an additional cost. Well worth a visit, we say!

Space
Let me walk you through the villa.

BEDROOMS
– There are a total of 8 bedrooms spread across 2 units; Bianco & Verde – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor of each unit.
– ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
– Double-sized beds are offered in all the rooms.
– Wardrobes are available in all rooms.
– Balconies are offered in all the rooms.

BATHROOMS
– There are 10 bathrooms – 8 attached and 2 common powder rooms for each unit.
– Geysers, towels and toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms.
– One of the bathrooms in each unit is equipped with a bathtub, while the other one offers a jacuzzi.

COMMON AREAS
– There is a private swimming pool for each unit.
– The living rooms for both units can accommodate up to 15 people each.
– They offer AC, TV, and WiFi access.
– The common lawn has a seating area for around 6 people.
– Events can be held in the clubhouse of the villa that can accommodate up to 100 people, at an additional cost on prior notice.

KITCHEN
– The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water dispenser.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 30 people.
– Guests have free access to each of the kitchens for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.3000 per day will be levied.
– Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa.

FOOD
– Meal packages including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– All meals are priced at Rs.2200 for vegetarians, per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups of fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Buvachi Misal, Rama Krishna, and German Bakery.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.

ACTIVITIES: 
They can also play outdoor games on the common lawn.

HOUSE RULES: 
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
– Hookah is strictly prohibited.
– Pets are not allowed
– Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.

GUEST ACCESS: 
– Guests have access to both the villas.
– In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
– There is another unit on the same premises to which guests do not have access.

Staff Accommodation
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day, excluding meals and taxes. The staff will be accommodated within the premises of the property.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
– Parking space is secured for 1 car.
– A medical kit is available in the villa.
– The lawn is a common area within walking distance from the villa.
