– As you make your way through the warm yet opulent interiors of this charming abode, you’ll find yourselves 6 spacious bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
– 1 of the rooms on the first floor also has 2 double beds.
– Each room exuding a warm yet vibrant aura, is replete with a range of modern amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattresses, AC, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, and an electric kettle.
– 1 bedroom on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor also have an attached balcony with a stunning view of the surroundings.
– 1 of the rooms on the ground floor also features a designated workstation.
– Extra mattresses can be arranged on request.
– All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 6 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
– All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– Emanating a luxe yet pleasant aura, set afoot through the doors of this charming abode to a spacious living room on the first floor.
– With a sofa-style seating arrangement, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
– Its spacious interiors are replete with luxe amenities such as Wi-Fi, a portable music system, a projector screen with a DTH connection, and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The dining area is a component of the living room on the first floor.
– It can accommodate up to 8 people at a time.
– The dining area is not equipped with an AC.
– Guests can have a star-studded soiree and enjoy an al fresco tea & coffee setup on the lawn.
– It can accommodate up to 12 people at a time.
– As enticing as the interiors, the boundless exteriors seem to blend in with the verdant surroundings.
– The stunning private infinity pool is flanked by a cosy deck and loungers on one side and a backdrop of the lush surroundings on the other.
– The pool is 16×36 in size, and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– Apart from the gorgeous pool, the well-manicured lawn is another highlight of this property.
– Covering an area of about 1800 sq. ft. the lush lawn also features a quaint gazebo that offers the best spot to get a glimpse of the skies from dawn to dusk.
– Guests can engage in a fun gaming session in the designated game room which features table tennis, and carrom.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be arranged in-house at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8:30 AM to 11 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for up to 2 drivers at an additional cost of Rs. 700 + taxes per person, per day exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.
