We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are allowed.

The Space

BEDROOMS
– Dripping with elegance, the spacious interiors house 4 bedrooms – all on the ground floor.
– These bedrooms are replete with a range of luxurious amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, a verdurous backdrop of the surroundings, and an ensuite bathroom.
– There are double-sized beds in 3 of the rooms, while one room offers 2 bunk beds for 4 people.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– A drive through the winding roads of Karjat sporting greenery on either side, step through the lavish confines of this uber-luxe home that is still minimalist and vintage at heart.
– Beyond the blue door, you’ll find yourself in the living room replete with sofa-style seating and other loungers that can seat up to 15 people.
– The living room is replete with an AC, music system, and a pool table for those who wish to engage in a friendly match.
– A little further away is the dining area that can comfortably seat up to 6 people. Enjoy a scrumptious spread of your favourite delicacies here.
– One can also enjoy an al fresco dining setup which is approximately 80 meters away from the main villa.
– The villa has a wide lawn area that can accommodate up to 30 people.
– Guests can enjoy playing games like cards, ludo or carrom board, pool table, and cricket.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen, however it can be used only for Tea / Cofee, Baby Food and reheating purposes.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
– Please note that the kitchen is approximately 80 meters away from the main villa.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to all the shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Within the property, guests can also enjoy playing games like cards, ludo or carrom board, pool table, and cricket. Carry a good read to enjoy it peacefully. Soothe your eyes with the beautiful views around. With an abundance of immersive experiences for each and every one, this charming abode is bound to leave you with a trove full of memories.

– The caretaker may charge a nominal amount for washing the dishes.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Please note that guests have to pay Rs. 500 per day as cleaning charges at the time of checkout.
