THE SPACE
BEDROOMS
– Breezy, spacious and decked with comfortable furnishings, there are 5 bedrooms at this property – 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor
– Each of these bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with king sized beds and TV’s.
– You will feel connected to the nature around you at all times as the bedrooms on the first and second floor have an attached balcony where you can sit-back, relax and enjoy your morning brew.
– The ground floor bedroom has direct access to the lawn.
– Wardrobes, fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms.
BATHROOMS
– The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– There are 2 living areas, both well lit with stylish furniture.
– The villa offers a living room on the 2nd floor as well, with a sofa bed and one on the ground floor as well.
– The living area on the ground floor can accommodate up to 20 people.
– The dining area seats 8 people.
– The villa has a separate games room which has a pool table, table tennis, carrom board and air hockey and a trampoline for kids.
– A mini-theatre with seating for 15-20 people is available free of cost at the lower level of the villa.
– The villa has a private pool, 19×15 ft. in size with a depth of 4 ft.
– A well-lit and spacious lawn that can accommodate 20-25 people.
KITCHEN
– Guests can access the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at an additional cost. However, elaborate cooking is not allowed.
– It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and oven.
FOOD
– A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals.
– Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
– Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM. If the guests need the staff’s assistance post 7 PM, an additional charge will be levied. The caretaker will not be available post 10 PM.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private pool. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as carrom, TT, pool and cards. Make the most of the sprawling outdoor spaces and enjoy various outdoor activities. Keep your little ones occupied as the premises are equipped with a trampoline, swings and slides.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals.
– Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
– Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.
– If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.
– Barbecue meals can be arranged at an additional cost, in the outdoor areas of the property.
– An additional cleaning fee will be levied.
– Drinking packaged water bottles will be provided at an additional cost.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.

House Rules
- All-male groups are not allowed at the property.
- Guests are requested to shut all the windows and doors when leaving the premises.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. The staff will not be responsible for any loss or damage of their belongings.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Incase of a power outage, the generator can support all TVs, home theatre, lights and fans. It does not support the AC.
- Caretaker will be staying outside the villa premises and providing you with complete privacy.
- No towels will be provided.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per hour.
- The staff will source the groceries every morning, before noon. Guests are requested to convey their requirements for the next day before 7 PM. Groceries will be charged as per actuals and guests are requested to make the payment on the premises.
- Housekeeping will take place every day between 11 AM - 4 PM. Linens will be changed every 2 days.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa and in the balconies.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness.
- Children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the game zone as a precaution.
- During festivities like Holi and Diwali, the use of colours and bursting of crackers is not permitted.
- The trampoline is only accessible to children under the age of 15. Adult supervision is advised.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loudspeakers are not permitted outside the villa, a fine may be imposed if this is not adhered to.
- Please note that this is a vegetarian property. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, if guests wish to order and consume the same, disposables can be provided.
Policy
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded at the time of checkout, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
