This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– The home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– Each bedroom is equipped with a spectrum of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and wardrobe.
– All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom equipped with the equipped essentials.
– Both bedrooms on the first floor open up to an attached balcony that offers a refreshing breeze and beautiful panoramas.
– 2 bedrooms offer a TV.
– Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room by the poolside.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area and a bathtub is offered in one of the bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
– This luxurious abode boasts an array of elegant grand open spaces, each carefully designed and embellished with lavish furnishings.
– The home opens up to a spacious drawing room on the ground floor that is furnished with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
– It is equipped with a TV, music system, Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera for security purposes. The large windows welcome a refreshing breeze.
– The dining area is a component of the living room and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV.
– Guests can spend quality time with their loved ones in the designated games room that features a plethora of indoor games including pool table, chess, ludo and cards. It also has a karaoke setup.
– Make your way to the basement, and find yourself in your own private haven featuring a private indoor swimming pool, 15×15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– The poolside lounging area makes for an ideal hangout spot, and features L-shaped sofa-style seating arrangements.
– Head upstairs to the private terrace that overlooks the serene surroundings of Panchgani.
– The exteriors of the property feature a beautiful garden along with gazebos and ample seating arrangements.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can begin their day with a lazy stroll on the garden, amidst the lush greenery. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards, ludo and chess. Put on your best singing voices and enjoy an evening of karaoke. Reserve the evening for a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool. Relish delectable meals by the pool. Devour an elaborate barbecue spread around the bonfire.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
