The Ourea

Based in the quaint town of Panchgani, The Ourea is a home away from home for anyone looking to escape the humdrum of city life. Whether it’s a soothing dip in the pool, some outdoor fun on the expansive lawns, or a night of movies, games, or karaoke, this villa has a plethora of amenities to make your stay more opulent and comfortable. So, if you’re looking for a quick weekend break with the whole familia, this villa is the place to go!

– Barbecue kit, bonfire
– Secured parking space for up to 5 cars

This is not a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 8 well-furnished bedrooms spread across 2 units – 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor of Unit 1 and 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor of Unit 2.
– All bedrooms offer amenities such as an AC, queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms.
– 4 bedrooms offer an attached balcony overlooking the garden and pool, 2 bedrooms offer a TV as well.

BATHROOMS
– There are 8 attached bathrooms and 3 powder rooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
– There are 2 spacious living rooms – both on the ground floor of each unit.
– The living room of Unit 1 on the ground floor can seat up to 8 people, Wi-Fi, TV and a CCTV camera for security purposes. It is not equipped with an AC.
– The living room of Unit 2 on the ground floor offers seating arrangements for up to 12 people, AC, portable music system, Wi-Fi, TV and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
– There is a separate dining area that can seat up to 16 people.
– The exteriors of the villa boast sprawling lawns, 2000 sq. ft. and 3000 sq. ft. in size and can seat up to 6 people.
– The villa has a private swimming pool, 35×25 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
– Guests can access the pool between 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
– There is a gaming and karaoke room.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis.
– Outside meals and food are strictly not allowed.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for up to 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. Accommodation can also be provided for drivers as well.  The staff will be accommodated in-house.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool. They can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn and bask in the sun. They can head over to the games room and play indoor games like cards or ludo. They can soak in the gorgeous views from the balconies. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Guests can enjoy a complimentary bonfire session.
– Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs.1500 for veg. and Rs.2000 for non.veg
– The washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs.40 per load piece.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.
