The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 7 bedrooms – 2 on the upper basement, 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
– WiFi, TV, AC, king-sized beds, valley views and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

BATHROOMS
– There are 8 bathrooms in the villa – 7 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room.
– All attached bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS
– There is a sprawling living room on the ground floor, with high ceilings and glass windows.
– It offers sofa-style seating, and mattresses for up to 15 people and is equipped with a music system and an attached balcony overlooking the surrounding hills.
– The living room also has a reading nook, with a selection of books for the guests to pick from.
– The dining area is a part of the living room. It can comfortably seat up to 10 people.
– There is a mini-gymnasium in the basement as well.

OUTDOOR AREAS
– The exteriors of the villa feature a 5000 sq. ft. sloping lawn, with an attached gazebo, complete with a sofas, a coffee table and blissful views.
– The villa features a terrace, 12ft.x30ft. in size.

KITCHEN

Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.
Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food except beef is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the games room. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like carrom, snooker and cards and ludo. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace the beauty around you. Enjoy your breakfast in the gazebo, amidst splendid views of the valley and waterfall. Make the most of the mini-gymnasium. Reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a calming yoga session. Hum your favourite tunes and enjoy a live music session in the company of your loved ones. Relish a scrumptious barbecue meal, around the bonfire. Spend the night on the terrace, under starry night skies.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
– A bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.
– Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day.
– However, if guests require assistance for using the kit, the charges would be Rs. 700 per preparation. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– Washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 40 per top and Rs. 50 per bottom.
– A live music session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 20,000 for 1.5 to 2 hours.
– A yoga session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
