– There is a well-ventilated, breezy living room on the ground floor of the property.
– This air conditioned space can seat up to 10 people, and overlooks the valley.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and water filter.
– Crockery is available for 15 people.
FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per day, per meal.
– All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 780 per day, per meal.
– Barbecue meals can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 900 per person, per day.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– In case of consecutive bookings, lunch may not be provided. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be communicated to guests.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. If guests wish to send the caretaker to procure some items, it will be charged additionally.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games such as carrom, pictionary, and cards or enjoy a refreshing splash in the inflatable pool. They can take a peaceful walk on the lawn. They can also indulge in outdoor activities such as badminton, barbecue, and bonfire.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000/- for a duration of 2 hours.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.

- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Please do not carry any food/drinks, glassware or jewellery when in or around the pool. Smoking while in the pool is strictly not permitted.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
- Guests are advised to exercise caution while approaching the villa, particularly around 200 meters before reaching the destination, as there is a steep turn. Additionally, it should be noted that the final 500 meters of the road leading to the property ma
- Please ensure that the caretaker cleans the pool before use, as it is situated in an open area surrounded by trees, which results in leaves falling into the pool.
Policy
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
