The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 6 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor of the cottage, 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the lower ground floor of the main villa.
– There is a separate entrance for the room on the lower ground floor of the main villa. 
– Heater, electric kettle, king-sized beds, mountain views and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– 2 rooms have an attached balcony/patio. 

BATHROOMS
– There are 6 bathrooms – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There are 2 living rooms – both on the ground floor. 1 is in the cottage, 1 is in the main villa. 
– Both the living rooms are equipped with TV and heaters and offer comfortable seating for up to 8 people. 
– The living room in the cottage also offers a fireplace. 
– There is a separate dining area on the lower ground floor of the main villa. It offers seating for up to 12 people. 
– There are 2 beautiful lawns, both are 250 sq. ft. in size and can seat up to 12 people.  
– The villa has a sprawling terrace and deck with swings, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. 

KITCHEN
– There are 3 kitchens, however, guests do not have access to it.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
There is a cottage, a villa and a studio room on the premises. The guests have access to the entire villa and cottage except for the kitchens and 1 bedroom in the villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The staff will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. Meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal. The female staff member will be accommodated in-house. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can carry and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lawn or venture out and explore the neighbourhood on treks and trails. They can relish a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire, simply relax on a swing on the terrace/deck and admire the picturesque views around or indulge in star-gazing.  ADDITIONAL COSTS
– For groups of less than 9 people, unlimited barbecue meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 6000 for a duration of 1 hour.
– For groups of 9 or more than 9 people, unlimited barbecue meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person for a duration of 1 hour.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
