BEDROOMS:
– There are 3 bedrooms – 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
– AC’s and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
– Balconies are attached in 2 bedrooms.
– Double-beds are provided in all the rooms.
BATHROOMS:
– There are 4 bathrooms – 3 attached and 1 common powder room.
– Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS:
– The living room seats up to 10 people and offers an AC.
– An 8-seater dining table is available
– There is a lawn with seating for up to 15 people.
– A bonfire can be arranged on prior notice.
– There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 8 people at any given time.
– The pool also has a waterfall for a refreshing experience.
– The pool is 28×7.5 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– It is accessible from 10 AM to 8 PM.
– Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool.
– Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area.
KITCHEN
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water purifier.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
MEALS
– Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– Guests may eat out at nearby eateries like Kinara Dhaba and Sheetal Dhaba.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Kindly be advised that the guests are welcome to utilise the jacuzzi. However, it is imperative to note that the hot water feature is unavailable within its functionality.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- This is a standalone property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- Due to the slope, the road leading up to the villa will be an uphill drive.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 45 KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to hours.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
