- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase, the check-out time and all villa rules are adhered to, and no damages are done.

House Truths
- There are CCTV cameras around the house for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours, while the 100 KVA generator can support all appliances (including air conditioners) for up to 18 hours. One tank of diesel would be provided, if more than that is required, additional charges would be applicable for the same.
- The caretaker stays in the outhouse, within the premises of the property.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.
- Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor.
- There is a non-functional jacuzzi at the villa.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
