Surrounded by glass on all sides, the whole space feels bright, with a crystal chandelier and chic dining area adding decadent touches. Overlooking the living area is the serene private swimming pool by the plush deck area offering sit-outs and seating spots for all the guests. The home glides the indoors and outdoors seamlessly; means you can enjoy a hearty meal on the dining table while keeping up with the conversation with the one’s enjoying a dip in the pool. There is an additional hall that is super spacious and can be used for events, parties or soirees or team-building activities for your corporate off-sites! BEDROOMS
– This modern-chic home offers 5 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
– Bejewelled with a palette of warm, muted interiors; the bedrooms are not just pretty but also offer you sheer comfort, calm & peace.
– Each of the bedrooms offers a myriad of amenities such as air-conditioning, a king-sized bed, TV, and wardrobe.
– Extra foldable beds can be provided, on request.
– Bedrooms on the first and second floors offer balconies where guests can enjoy their morning brew sitting amidst nature, with the fresh morning breeze flowing through.
– Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room in this home.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

– As you park your ride in the driveway, walk through the gate and you will find yourself in a mini-glasshouse.
– With the pool & poker table to welcome you, this home will put you into holiday mood in an instant.
– Enter through the stone-paved path with greenery on each side and it will lead you to the beautiful entrance to the home.
– On your way in, you will walk by the beautiful sculptures & idols that are the finest highlights of this home.
– The living room of this home is airy and surrounded by glass windows throughout.
– Decked with comfortable seating space for up to 12 guests, it also consists of a dining table that can easily accommodate 10 people.
– Just a step away from here is the deck area and the refreshing swimming pool.
– 40 x 12 in size with a 4.2 ft. depth, this is a perfect family pool to splash away and start your day in the most fun way.
– There is an additional hall that is super spacious and can be used for events, parties or soirees or team-building activities for your corporate off-sites!

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day for a vegetarian meal and Rs. 2000 per person, per day for a non-vegetarian meal.
– Cooking & consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

If you need a little 1-on-1 with nature, waking up at this property is going to be no less than a dream for you. As soon as you open your eyes, you will see in front of you a balcony that overlooks a view that is unmatched. The tranquil living room overlooks the swimming pool and is just perfect for a bonding session with friends and family. As evening falls, you can head to the lawn and you relish a nice barbecue meal as the kids head to the games area where they can enjoy playing the pool table or foosball. There is also a poker table if that’s the vibe you’re looking for. Finally, end the day with stargazing by the deck area after a refreshing dip into the private swimming pool.
