Guests can engage in indoor games like cards and ludo. Take in the beautiful 360-degree mountain views and enjoy the sunshine. Indulge in delicious local Pahadi meals in the refreshing breeze. Experience a delightful barbecue and gather around the bonfire on cool nights. Explore the nearby area with hikes and trails, and conclude your day by stargazing in the evening.

– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per hour.
– Fireplace setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow pets at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- Please note there is no AC in the third bedroom of the villa, only two of the bedrooms are equipped with ACs.
- All male groups are not allowed.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-accessible villa.
- n case of a power outage, the 100 KVA generator can support basic lights and fans.
- There is no Wi-Fi available at the property. Guests are requested to carry their dongle for better connectivity.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
