Walk further on right is a separate glass unit with a plush drawing room, with a Bukhari, floor-to-ceiling windows and wrap-around panoramas of the surrounding mountainscapes. It has been refurbished to incorporate all modern amenities that make your stay extremely relaxing. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games to indulge in while you absorb the beauty of the hills, you can choose to dine al-fresco in the cool weather or play around the grounds with our friendly golden retriever! – Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Guests have access to the entire villa except for one of the rooms occupied by the owner, on the first floor.
- There is a friendly resident dog staying in the premises of the same property.
- There are approximately 70 steps leading up to the villa. Staff will be available to help the guests carry their luggage up to the villa.
- Senior citizens can be driven to the villa via another route, approximately 5 minutes away from the villa. Guests will have to walk the rest of the way.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- The place may or may not be suitable for guests who face mobility challenges.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker and host stays on the premises of the same property.
- During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
