This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are allowed.

– There are 9 spacious, well-furnished rooms – 2 on the ground floor and 7 on the first floor.
– All rooms offer a variety of amenities that include a king-sized bed, foldable bed, AC, and Wi-Fi.
– 5 rooms have an attached balcony that features a stunning backdrop of the surroundings.
– All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 9 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
– All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There is an expansive living room situated on the ground floor of this property, adorned with modern-chic interiors.
– This room offers a sofa-style seating arrangement that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people at a time.
– It has a myriad of amenities that include an AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, wired music system and a CCTV for security purposes.
– The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor.
– It has ample seating arrangements for up to 16 people and is equipped with an AC.
– The exteriors of this luxe property boast a private infinity pool overlooking the verdant surroundings.
– It is 25×15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– The pool deck area has ample space to seat up to 8 people.
– Guests can simply unwind in the pool or choose to have a sip of their favorite drinks by the bar area in the living room.
– There is a cosy garden as well that covers an area of about 1000 sq.ft.
– There are no seating arrangements available in the garden.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
