An ideal location for mountain-lovers & hiking enthusiasts, one would feel like the Himalayas are hugging you at all times when you stay here. The ground floor of this European-inspired mountain home offers a contemporary living area that gives you an extremely homely feel, with the big, plump modern sofas. Blessed with private balconies, each bedroom at this home is a private oasis on its own. It is just perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while you breathe in that crisp, clean mountain air. Each season here can only be described as magical. In the summers, Set off to explore the Mall Road and Shimla Ridge just a short drive away from the villa and in the winters, you can go skiing or enjoy a snow-fight followed by a glass of wine with a movie.
After a serene day, feel free to warm up around the bonfire and end the day with a scrumptious meal with your loved ones.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Any 1 option under Indian Breakfast is complimentary and is provided in-house for the entire group. For all other meals, guests can reach out to the caretaker to assist in ordering lunch and dinner.
– Barbeque can be arranged on request at an additional charge with prior notice of 24 hours.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 2 hours.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- Kindly turn the heaters off before sleeping or going out as it could be hazardous.
- Guests are requested to be environmentally-conscious and be sensitive towards the use of water and electricity.
- Consumption of outside food is not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stay on the premises of the same property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.

Policy
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly prohibited.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
