Framed by meticulously landscaped gardens, a glistening swimming pool and greenery aplenty, this gorgeous boutique stay located between Alibaug and Roha rivals the splendour that surrounds it. At Amara, a sense of solidity is prevalent: large open deck, ample social areas, gallery-like interiors, and sunshine flooding through the glass walls makes it a sensory experience.

Ever so slightly off the beaten track, this villa has been designed to bring you peace and seclusion without any barriers. It is located approximately at an hour’s drive (35-40 km) from Mandwa Jetty.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 8 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with tall windows.
– Complete with king-sized beds, wardrobes, work desks, en suite bathrooms and personal key card access, every room here is an experience in itself.
– To enjoy the lush greenery that surrounds the villa, 2 rooms also offer attached balconies and outdoor showers, 2 offer garden-facing balconies, 2 overlook a pool view along with outdoor showers and another 2 rooms offer garden views.
– Both bedrooms on the ground floor open up to a common lounge area.

BATHROOMS
– There are 9 bathrooms in the villa – 8 attached, equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries, and 1 poolside common bathroom.

INDOOR AREAS
– A landscaped stairway leads up to the entrance of the villa, which opens to an expansive living room.
– This inviting living space boasts impeccable style, combining eloquent furnishings with earthy tones and high vaulted ceilings.
– Upon entering, you will be welcomed to a light-flooded room that opens onto an attached garden-facing balcony, perfect to become your favourite reading spot.
– The living room is equipped with several modern amenities, including a widescreen television, 2 tower ACs, and couch-style seating that can accommodate up to 15-20 people comfortably.

OUTDOOR AREAS
– The outdoor sections of the house burgeon with lush green open space. The home sits between a meticulously landscaped lawn and a gorgeous 1500 sq. ft. swimming pool, surrounded by nothing but foliage.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the private pool, 5ft. in depth, flanked with sun loungers and a large open deck. And no need to leave the kids out, as there is a separate children’s pool as well.
– Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM.
– The furnished, pool-facing cabana is also a great place to gather the group and enjoy hours of guilt-free unwinding.
– Perfect for dining together as a group, the outdoor gazebo can be found steps away from the house – sun-dappled and perfect for al fresco meals.
– The well-appointed private lawn offers an opulent retreat, ideal for family gatherings, intimate weddings, pre-wedding shoots, group celebrations, and so much more.

KITCHEN
– There is a commercially-equipped kitchen within the premises where all meals are prepared. Guests, however, do not have access to it.

FOOD
– An impressive array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dining options await you.
– All meals (breakfast, lunch, high-tea & dinner) can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.2299 per person, per day. For kids between the ages of 2-4 years, the meal cost will be Rs. 599 per child, and Rs.1799 per head for kids between the ages of 5-12 years. An additional 18% tax will be charged overall and eligible for input tax credit with valid tax invoice.
– During peak seasons, such as Diwali, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the meal charges will be Rs.3499 per person, per day. For kids between the ages of 2-4 years, the meal cost will be Rs. 999 per child, and Rs.2799 per head for kids between the ages of 5-12 years. An additional 18% tax will be charged overall and eligible for input tax credit with valid tax invoice.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen and served between 8 AM to 10 PM.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa and all available onsite amenities, except the kitchen and the basement.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
A trained and responsible manager will be available at the property from 7 AM to 12 midnight to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for up to 4 personal staff members is available at an additional cost of Rs.2999 per person, per day. All meals will be charged at an additional cost of Rs.1199 per person, per day. An additional 18% tax will be charged overall and eligible for input tax credit with valid tax invoice.

It is impossible not to be drawn to the simplicity yet grandeur of the house, complete with innumerable photo-ops!

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A barbecue grill is available at Rs.999 (plus 18% tax) per day, to complement the breezy weather.
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers, along with fish and mutton dishes are available at an additional charge and prior intimation.
– We also recommend huddling around the bonfire pit to kickstart your evenings at a nominal cost.
