– Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500, per pet, per day, along with a refundable deposit.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

House Rules
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 4-5 hours.
- All meals can be provided at the property. There aren’t many options in the vicinity.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 pm
- Drinking is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
Policy
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
