BEDROOMS
– There are 5 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor and 1 in the basement.
– AC and WiFi are offered in all rooms.
– Attached bathrooms are offered in 4 of the rooms.
– King-size bed is provided in 4 of the rooms, while 1 room offers a sofa bed.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached and 1 common washrooms in the villa.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats up to 4 people.
– It offers a TV, WiFi and music system.
– The dining area seats 8 people.
– There are 2 lawns – in the front and near the deck.
– They are 2000 sq ft. and 1500 sq ft. in size.
– There is a common bathroom on the ground floor.
– There is a swimming pool.
– The pool is 9×32 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
– It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
–  Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– Guests can also eat out in the nearby restaurants such as Lonavala Jain Food Home Delivery, Riddhima Foods, Suleman Caterers & Biryani House and Kwality Chinese.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen and terrace. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, monopoly or ludo and outdoor games like badminton, football or cricket.

ADDITIONAL COST
– Barbecue kit can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.1500 with an additional GST charge of 18%.
– Barbecue can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per person with an additional GST charge of 18%.
