– All bedrooms offer a scenic view of the vivid pastels of the verdurous lawn and the surrounding pine forests.
– The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
– The bathroom on the second floor for the attic room is not equipped with a shower area.

BATHROOMS
– There are a total of 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom.
– All attached bathrooms offer geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
– The bathroom on the second floor for the attic room is not equipped with a shower area.
– One of the attached bathrooms offers a designated jacuzzi and steam section.

– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. Please note that guests do not have access to the owner’s residential unit on the same premises. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and will always be accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available till 7:00 PM.
