A sprawling property equipped with ample amenities, Ayurkutir Villa is the epitome of a relaxing retreat. This ayurvedic health resort offers treatments such as Shirodhara, Panchkarma, along with beautifully landscaped lawns ideal for sports, various indoor games and various open spaces for you to kick back and relax.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 9 bedrooms – all on the first floor.
– AC, Wi-Fi, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– 5 rooms have 3 attached balconies with garden/city view. 4 rooms share 2 interconnected balconies, 1 room has a private balcony.

BATHROOMS
– There are 15 bathrooms in the villa – 9 attached, 2 powder rooms, 2 attached with the spa rooms, 1 attached with the tent room and 1 attached with the gym.
– All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor. It offers seating for up to 13 people.
– It is equipped with a wired music system, Wi-Fi, heater and CCTV cameras.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people.
– There is a beautiful 5,000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It is adorned with small planters and flowers and can seat up to 15 people at any given time.
– A tent room with seating arrangements and an attached bathroom is also on the ground floor.
– There is a private glass plunge pool on the first floor. It is 12×15 ft. in size and 3 ft. in depth. Only 6 people will be allowed in the pool, at a time.
– There are 2 spa rooms on the ground floor for the guests to relax and unwind.
– There is a common rain dance area.
– When looking for some rejuvenation, guests can also indulge in a relaxing jacuzzi evening.
– For all the fitness freaks, there is a gym on the ground floor.
– There is a common room on the second floor equipped with a table, clap box, projector and speakers. It can be used for meetings, parties, events, yoga and meditation.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a water dispenser, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1800. per person, per day.
– Meals with Mutton will be charged additionally at a cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day.
– Meals with fish will be available as per the availability.
– Please note that if the meal packages are availed, a 100% advance payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your check-in.
– If guests order from nearby restaurants, an additional cleaning fee of Rs. 1000 will be levied.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please note that outside cooks, caterers, and tiffin services are strictly not allowed.
– Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host may be present at the property during the weekends, however guests will have their own privacy. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can splash away at the plunge pool or play indoor games like carrom, foosball and pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the sprawling lawn and embrace its beauty, dance away in the rain shower area or simply unwind in the tent room. They can also host parties, events or meetings in the common room and play the tabla and the clap box. For those who do not skip their workouts, the gym is at your disposal. After your workout, prepare yourself a relaxing jacuzzi session and lose yourself in tranquillity. For those who are looking to let loose can indulge in Shirodhara, Panchkarma and the spa services can be availed for the ultimate holiday experience.

– An additional mattress for children below 5 years of age can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day.
– Vegetarian barbecue meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per person, per meal.
– Non-vegetarian barbecue meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per meal.
– A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 3000 per session.
