The Glass House

An enveloped stay with astounding views is one of the best ways of spending quality time with your loved ones. The Glass House is a unique holiday villa, complete with an all-glass facade, upscale interiors, and thoughtfully designed corners. It is the perfect spot to collectively unwind, enjoy the sprawling landscaped garden with a small pond, bask under an open sky and simply make the most of an all-embracing comfortable stay.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:
– Secured parking space for 5 cars.
– Medical kit.
– A generator is available for power backup, the diesel cost for upto 20 litres is inclusive within the stay cost.

This is not a pet-friendly property, however, pets may be allowed on request.

The Space
Let us walk you through the villa.

Bedrooms
– There are 4 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– All rooms offer AC and king-sized beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

Living Room
– There are two living rooms at the villa.
– They are spacious and can accommodate around 20 people.

Bathrooms
– The villa has 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.
– All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
– Some bathrooms have bathtubs.
– Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Kitchen
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove and a water purifier
– Crockery is available for 24 people.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

Meals
– Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

Lawn
– The villa has a private lawn with a children’s play area.
– The lawn has a seating area for around 25 people.
– Events can also be held at the lawn with prior permission.

Entertainment
– Table tennis, snooker table and bar.
– Chess, badminton and an entertainment box.

Guest Access
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and one bedroom. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.2000 per day, excluding meals and taxes.

Getting Around & Transportation
This villa is easily accessible by all modes of transport.
– The local market is at a distance of 12 km.
– Distance from Pune Airport- Approx. 75 km.
– Distance from Lonavala Railway Station- Approx. 12.5 km.

Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.
