The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– AC, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– 2 rooms have king-sized beds, 1 room has a queen-sized bed and 1 room has a double bed.
– 3 rooms also offer foldable beds.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 bathrooms in the villa – 4 attached and 1 common bathroom.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in one bathroom.
– There is a common pool shower as well.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room offers sofa-style seating and can accommodate up to 15 people.
– It offers WiFi access and is equipped with TV
– The dining room is a part of the living room. It offers comfortable seating for 8 people.
– There is a separate entertainment room on the first floor equipped with seating space, board games, table tennis and other games.
– There is a big balcony on the first floor with seating space for 10 people.
– There is a landscaped lawn that can accommodate up to 40 people at any given time.
– There is a massive swimming pool of 14 ft. x 30 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– The pool cannot be used post 10 PM for safety reasons.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates
– Outside meals and ordering in food is not allowed. However, in the case of meal packages being unavailable at our end, guests can choose to order in from the nearby restaurants.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
– The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per day, excluding meals. Extra mattresses are available at the villa, which can be used for staff accommodation.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games. They can take a peaceful walk around the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty. There is a games room which can be used for endless fun. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up or a barbecue session to be arranged.
